A. All vehicle sales are final and all deposits are non-refundable. In concern to online payments: By submitting an online payment, you are authorizing Runde Auto Group, at its discretion, to use the information you submit to make a one-time electronic debit from your credit card account for the amount of your payment. This online payment will only be refundable if it’s determined that the payment is a duplicate of a payment that was previously submitted. The only other situation where a refund may be granted would be if the amount of the online payment exceeds the amount invoiced, the difference would be refunded to the customer.
B. Concerning the purchase of automotive parts: If you need to return a vehicle part that was purchased from Runde Auto Group, please bring in the unused part in the unopened, original package. All approved automotive part returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. The part must be in the unopened, original package. (No refunds or exchanges on electrical parts). All cancellations on prepaid special order parts are also subject to the aforementioned restocking charge. The selling dealer makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever as to the merchantability of products as to their fitness for any particular purpose. Any warranty, which may exist, is an agreement solely between the manufacturer and the purchaser.
A. All charges will be applied to the purchaser’s credit or debit card immediately. Any credit or debit card deposits over $1000 must be pre-approved by Runde Auto Group. B. Concerning rental vehicles: The initial rental charge will be applied to the renter’s credit or debit card immediately. Any excess-mile or fuel surcharges will be applied to the renter’s card upon the return and inspection of the rental vehicle.
Runde Auto Group’s online payment form/page collects customer’s payments via credit card. In order to process the payment we need billing information, including your name, credit card number, credit card expiration date, mailing address, and your card security code. We currently use a third party (Converge) to process and store this information. We need to share your billing information with this third party provider in order to process and store your billing information, but we will share this information exclusively for this purpose. Converge has established security standards and procedures in place to help protect your personally identifiable information. For example, they use secure web hosting, secure server sites and your financial information is protected by 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption when it is transmitted between your computer and Converge. Runde Auto Group will never sell or rent your billing information to third parties. We will not share your billing information with third parties other than for purposes of processing the card transaction. We may disclose your billing information as required by law.
