Illinois Residents ONLY - Potential State Issued EV Rebate** - 329 (2)

**Applicants must apply for the rebate during an open rebate cycle and within 90-days of vehicle purchase using the application forms available on this webpage during the open rebate cycle. Eligibility requirements for this EV rebate in Illinois include, but are not limited to:

• The purchaser must reside in Illinois at time of vehicle purchase and at the time the rebate is issued.
• The vehicle must be purchased from a dealer located in Illinois and licensed by the Illinois Secretary of State. Rented or leased vehicles do not qualify for the rebate.
• The vehicle cannot have been the subject of a previous EV rebate under this program in Illinois.
• Only individuals can receive a rebate and can only receive one rebate. Businesses, government units, organizations, and other entities that are not individuals will be denied a rebate.
• The rebate amount cannot exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.
• The purchaser must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of 12 consecutive months immediately after the vehicle purchase date.
• The purchaser must apply for the rebate within 90-days after the vehicle purchase date.

College Student Cash Allowance - 50.5 (5)

A vehicle purchased/leased under this program must be used for the personal, noncommercial use/transportation of the participant.  It is prohibited under this program to purchase/lease and register/title a vehicle and then surrender the vehicle for part or all of the required retention period to any other person. In addition, it is prohibited under this program to purchase/lease a vehicle for commercial use or to title in a business name. Vehicles purchased under this program must be registered, licensed, titled, insured and owned by the participant. Vehicles may also be titled in the name of a living trust that bears the name of the participant. This is the General Motors college cash allowance program for eligible students/graduates who purchase/lease an eligible model.  Eligible students/graduates are defined as any students currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year degree program, a registered nursing degree (diploma) program or graduate degree program (students in certificate programs would not be eligible).  All eligible students are eligible the entire period of enrollment and up to two years after graduation.  Customers must provide a copy of the customer's diploma, current class schedule, student id (only if date is on the id) or tuition statement must be retained in the deal file. First Responder Cash Allowance - 50.5 (6)

An eligible vehicle purchased or leased under this program must be used for the personal, noncommercial use/ transportation of the eligible purchaser. An eligible vehicle purchased or leased under this program must be used for the personal, noncommercial use/ transportation of the eligible purchaser. It is prohibited under the program to purchase/lease and register/title an eligible vehicle and then surrender the vehicle for part or all of the required retention period to any other person. In addition, it is prohibited under this program to purchase/lease an eligible vehicle for commercial use or to title the vehicle in a business name. Eligible vehicles purchased or leased under this program must be registered, licensed, titled, insured and owned by the participant. Eligible vehicles may also be titled in the name of a living trust that bears the name of the participant.  Eligible teachers/school employees must provide driver's license and authorization number to dealer prior to delivery of the vehicle.  A copy of a valid employee id/badge or a copy of the customer's current (within the last 30 days) paystub with all information redacted except the date of the paystub, name of customer (payee), and name of employer (payer) must be retained in the deal file. A copy of the customer's driver's license with license number redacted and the GMVPP approval code document must be retained in the deal file.  Excludes select base trims on select models and Corvette.  Not available with some offers.  Customer must take delivery by program expiration date.  Not everyone will qualify for this incentive.
Healthcare Professional Cash Allowance - 50.3 (8)
