Any time I have a problem with my vehicle all I have to do is call Dave Frett at Runde's and talk to him. As I try to explain, from a woman's point of view, Dave always knows exactly what's wrong with it!! Or if i did not desribe it exactly correct - he always tells me, "no problem" and asks what works best for me to have the vehicle looked at! I live in Bellevue and he always suggests that he can pick it up and leave a car in case I need to use it. He also calls after looking over my vehicle to let me know what he found and how much it will cost to fix it. I never have to worry about my bill, cause I know how much it will be!! I grew up in the Dubuque area and when it was time for a new vehicle my parents wanted me to visit Runde's. They had purchased vehicles from Runde's in the past and raved about the dealership. Buying a new car is a very big decision in my life and the staff at Runde was helpful at every step. Runde gave us our trade in value before we drove over to meet with the salesman. That was great. All we had to do was fill out the trade form online. The sales department emailed us right away that evening as soon as I sent in the form online. It was after hours and that really impressed us how quickly they responded. Our salesman, Dave, called us the next morning at 9am as soon as Runde opened. We were very happy to have a trade in answer before we drove about 100 miles to the dealership. Dave met us at the door and gave us the keys so we could test drive the car right away. Dave processed our paperwork promptly. The finance department was friendly, quick, efficient, and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Dave explained all the features on our new Traverse and answered all of our questions. He told us to call him with any questions or needs of any kind and he would take good care of us. We wished we lived closer to Runde Chevrolet because they give such great customer service. We drove about 100 miles to purchase the Traverse from Runde's because they gave us a great deal. My husband has known about their reputation for over 30 years. We will tell people about Runde's.
